Information we collect
When you sign up for KINGS Savings, we collect:
- Your name or company name
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number
- The date and time you signed up
- Your IP address and approximate location
- The store location and employee (if you signed up in-store)
- Records of any coupons you redeem
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you your savings code by email and (if applicable) SMS
- Send you future promotional offers and announcements about KINGS Building Materials
- Validate and redeem your coupon at checkout
- Understand how our promotion is performing and improve it
Sharing with third parties
We share your contact information with the following categories of service providers, strictly to deliver the services described above:
- Email service providers (e.g. Resend, Mailchimp, or similar) — to deliver your savings code and future marketing emails on our behalf.
- SMS / text-message providers (e.g. Twilio, Zapier-routed services, or similar) — to send you the savings code by text and future promotional messages, subject to your consent and applicable law.
- Hosting and analytics providers — to operate the signup page and understand usage.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
You may opt out of email at any time by clicking the “Opt out” link at the bottom of any email we send you. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also contact us directly at any KINGS location to be removed from our records.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as you remain a customer or as needed to provide the savings program. If you ask us to delete your records, an admin will permanently remove your information from our system within a reasonable period.
Children's privacy
Our savings program is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
